  1. Clean first, then photograph.Photos of a clean oven, fridge and bathroom answer most cleaning deductions before they are made.

  2. Same angles as at move-in.If you have move-in photos, take the new ones from the same spot so the two can be compared side by side.
  3. Read the meters and photograph them.The last reading with a date stops the next bills from landing on you.
